All designs and illustrations featured on our website are the exclusive property of Lucy says I do and are protected by copyright laws. No part of our designs may be copied, reproduced, or distributed by any person or third party without prior written consent from Lucy says I do. Patterns and designs are not for sale and may not be used without written permission.

Returns and Refunds

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at info@lucysaysido.com. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos at info@lucysaysido.com to arrange a replacement or refund.

Exclusions: Returns do not apply to printed bespoke designs.

Cancellations

Standard Orders: Cancellations are possible before dispatch for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, please return the goods to receive a refund.

Bespoke Orders: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before design work begins. Cancellations after work has started require payment for all completed work.

Import Duties

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes. Lucy says I do is not responsible for customs delays. Please contact your local customs office for more information on rules, regulations, and rates.

Bespoke Designs

Quotes and Deposits

Quotes: Valid for 30 days.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any design work begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full before printing starts.

Design Process

Timeline: Bespoke designs typically take between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the level of detail.

Copyrights: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary copyright material (e.g. poems and hymns) for their designs.

Proofing: After receiving a 50% deposit and all required content, an electronic proof will be provided within 14 working days. Revisions after the first proof take 3-5 days.

Sending to Print: Upon approval of the proof, the balance is due. The final design will be printed and dispatched within 14 working days via next day delivery.

Proofs and Revisions

Revisions: Additional revisions beyond the allocated project time will be charged at an hourly rate.

Proofs: Customers are responsible for proof reading all text in the PDF proofs. We recommend printing proofs to view them at the correct size. We can provide you with printed proofs if required.

Final Approval: Production will not begin until written sign-off is received. Once the final proof is approved, Lucy says I do cannot accept returns due to errors. Any errors found after approval will incur reprint charges.

50% of the overall cost, or the deposit cost (whichever is larger), of all bespoke orders is non-refundable after order confirmation. Bespoke designs cannot canceled or refunded after final proofs have been approved.

Printing and Colour Variations

Printed colours may slightly differ from what is seen on screen. Printer proofs are available upon request for colour checking.

Delivery of Printed Bespoke Designs

Bespoke printed items are shipped via a 1-business-day tracked and signed-for service within the UK and will be sent via an express tracked and signed for service for international orders. Lucy says I do is not liable for late deliveries caused by the courier.
