Personalised wedding stationery means your own wedding details and wording added to an existing hand drawn Lucy says I do stationery design. For examples of our existing designs, please click here.
Bespoke/custom stationery means an original, one off Lucy says I do wedding stationery design tailored specifically to you and your day. For examples of our bespoke work, please click here.
It is also possible to have custom pieces made as part of a personalised wedding stationery design too, for example you could change a colour, or add a custom map to your personalised wedding stationery suite. Contact us here if you have any questions.
If you purchase personalised stationery, you will receive 2 proofs free of charge. Additional amends to personalised designs will need to be charged at £25 per amend.
If you purchase a bespoke design additional amends to your bespoke designs in excess of the allocated hours will need to be charged at an hourly rate of £60.
We work on a variety of stationery and design projects including wedding stationery, textile design, pattern design, birth announcements, shower invitations, social stationery, holiday cards, custom illustration and custom map design.
As each design commission is completely unique, we don’t offer any packages. All costs are dependent on the individual design elements and depend on the intricacy of design as well as quantities, printing processes, finishing and materials. Each bespoke commission takes between 35 to 100 hours to finalise, from the initial design consultation, through to printing and finally assembly. Following the initial consultation, we will prepare a quotation. We understand that all budgets are different and we’re happy to work with different budgets, and will do our best to design around your ideas, within your budget and your timescales. We can make colour changes to the items in the personalised collections but will have to charge a custom design fee, depending on the quantity and complexity of the changes made.
All of our designs have been full colour printed, however some of them can certainly be adapted for letterpress printing and hot foil stamping. If this is something that you’re interested in please contact us here for more information.
To accommodate all styles and budgets we offer a number of beautiful finishes including Digital (flat) printing, letterpress, hot foiling and screen printing. We also offer a number of very specialist finishes including edge painting, die cutting, corner rounding and hand stitching.
No I’m afraid we only print our own designs.
Absolutely not! We have worked with lots of wonderful people all over the world, and the beauty of email and Skype means that we can work with anybody no matter how far away they are.

All of our paper and material products are printed in the UK and assembled and finished by hand to ensure they are of the highest quality. We have spent a long time researching the highest quality, environmentally friendly supplies and suppliers. We use FSC-certified paper stock and environmentally responsible printers and we use recycled materials wherever possible.
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we’ll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.
Please submit the following information for map drawing: A screen shot of the area that you’d like incorporated, relevant post code information, the 3 key landmarks that you’d like illustrated and all relevant roads etc. Up to 3 illustrations are included in the price, additional places you would like illustrated are no problem but are an extra fee.
