Music by Kate and Dave

I have wanted to create a post on these two lovely, extremely talented people for a long time now, but I’ve just been worried that whatever I wrote wouldn’t do them justice. I’m going to keep it short and sweet, because their music speaks for itself, so here goes…If you are looking to add music (tailored to you personally) to your wedding then look no further than Music by Kate and Dave. We were lucky enough to have them sing at our wedding ceremony, and it was one of my favourite memories, watching as Kate got all of our guests singing along to Temper Trap’s Sweet Disposition, with Dave accompanying her incredible vocals on keyboard. It was a fantastic way to add music to our Civil Ceremony, and I’m so glad they were a part of our day.

Kate and Dave are both professional musicians and as they offer such a specialised service, only accept a limited number of bookings per year, so get in there quick!

Kate and Dave provide bespoke, intimate musical arrangements and performances for wedding ceremonies and special occasions. They take any song of your choosing, and arrange it for piano and voice (Kate sings, Dave plays keys and lil’ bit of trumpet if you ask nicely!) Past songs have included ‘Next To Me’ by Emelie Sande, ‘Baby Be Mine’ by Michael Jackson and ‘Sweet Disposition’ by Temper Trap, each time putting their own spin on the song. Kate and Dave also recently got engaged to one another – ah!
