Yesterday I posted photos (taken by the awesome Kitchener Photography) from the incredible wedding of Chloe and Stuart.
Today I’m going to show you all the details from their wedding stationery. Their stationery was a fantastic project to work on, and I feel very proud of the finished product, and it made me even happier to know that they loved it too!
Their bespoke wedding stationery was made up of an invitation covered in bright and beautiful flowers from Chloe’s parents garden (where they held their ceremony) printed on luxuriously thick card stock, an RSVP luggage tag with bakers twine, custom drawn map and information card, address stamp with a little bee, envelope liners covered in bumblebees and finally a thank you card covered in bright wild flowers.
Back in October 2013 their wedding was featured on Love my Dress here, where they were kind enough to give me a little mention:
“The lovely Lucy from Lucy Says I Do designed all of our stationery. I discovered Lucy here on Love my Dress when I saw pictures of her beautiful wedding (I may have stolen a lot of her ideas!) We met Lucy before Christmas last year and within a couple of weeks she had created a stunning stationary suite. She incorporated beautiful hand drawn images of my parents house and garden, including the odd bee or two from my Dad’s hive!
The complete set including an RSVP luggage label and illustrated invitation and map was tied together with bakers twine: it looked beautiful and set the standard high for the wedding!
Thanks for the kind words guys and once again massive congratulations!
