Garden Party

It is hot hot hot outside today, and one of the things I like best about summer is eating outside. (No surprise food is involved!) Although alfresco dining is considered a rare treat in the UK, I think it’s important to be ready for that rare opportunity to enjoy one of the long summer evenings, sitting out and eating good food with friends and family in the garden.
