Frame options: You can choose whether to purchase your print framed or unframed. If you purchase the print unframed it fits into a standard A4 (A4 print) frame or 30×40 (A3 print) frame.
Shipping: A4 Unframed, this item will be shipped in a clear plastic sleeve inside in a stiff protective envelope with a sturdy backing board for protection.
A3 Unframed, this item will be shipped in tissue paper in a cardboard mailing tube.
Framed, your framed print will be shipped in a cardboard mailer.
Timescales: Typical turnaround time is 10 working days
The Process for personalised designs:
- Place your order. Choose your design, add your chosen items to your basket and submit the text details you would like included on your design.
- Electronic proof. When the Lucy says I do studio has received all the required information to create your design, a member of the team will email you though an electronic proof of your design within 3 working days.
- Printing and Shipping. Once you have approved your proof, your design will be printed and dispatched within 5 working days.
